President's Note
To start this message on a positive note, I am compelled to bring to light the adversities that have affected the real estate in the last decade. The last few years were not the best for the real estate. In such a situation where in we faced a lot of hurdles in land acquisitions and related approvals, the Honorable Secretary Sri Murahari Bhat, Directors and also the existing members of the society motivated and extended full support in making my dream of launching the 100 acres State Bank e-Township into a reality.
In making this township a reality Lotus Value, a land bank and developer has come forward to help the society in both acquiring, developing and promoting the township for the society.
